Why can't we use 100% of our brains?

we cant use it otherwise all the internal metabollic activities and millions of functions which are happening without our control we would have to manage that…and we are not even able to control our 10′/- mind how would we manage all those functions….

So the control of full of our brain is not in control of us and so we cant use our 100-/- of our brain.
