Yes definately neet or jee is gonna postpone for atleast 50 days. The reasons below: In assam in 14 containment zone there is 14 days lockdown announced. In maharashtra ,delhi there is rapid growth of covid 19 cases. Peak is yet to come. The reason mhrd is taking time beacuse of the time till when they will postpone it. On 25th of june at 2 pm there will be announcement abouy cbse which is definately gonna cancel.  The postponement about neet or jee may come on 25th but not necesserily. It may come 2-3 days later. But stay stuned till 28th june where our education minister nishank pokhriyal ji is gonna be live.  Till then  Stay tuned and just relax if you re not studying.
